Bill is a dual career investor specialist agent with the Teal Clise Team of eXp Realty.
With a strong background in project management, real estate, property surveying and a degree in Real Estate development, Bill is well positioned to work with the most seasoned investors. Originally getting his real estate license in 2009 as a way to find, buy & renovate his own investment properties, he quickly realized his passion was to work with area investors.

In 2014 Bill went back to the corporate world as a Sr. Project Manager for the Johns Hopkins Design and Construction Dept., managing projects with budgets up to $300M. This experience instilled a ‘whatever it takes’ approach to getting the work done and this is how Bill serves his investor clients today – with relentless work ethic to get the job done. Bill does his homework and strives to be a trusted partner improving the bottom line for his clients.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Bill is well versed in the city neighborhoods and surrounding counties. He is a graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and the University of Baltimore and is currently residing in the Hampden neighborhood of Baltimore City with his wife Lisa. In his spare time Bill enjoys watching local sports teams, hanging out with friends and playing golf on the weekends.
